Our XL Poly/Silk Banners are made from a synthetic blend of polyester and silk. The blend of materials in the fabric gives you the durability of a polyester combined with the softness and sheen of silk. They also make a wonderful 'snap' sound when flagging. Each set of XL Banners has flexible rods enclosed in a complimentary ribbon. The ends are triple stitched for durability.
